Third Grade- Blooming Flower Mirror
The 3rd grade collaborated to create this beautiful wall artwork from standard ordinary objects – mainly plastic spoons! The class started by creating the cut-out for the back of the board using geometry concepts. We used a pencil and string compass to create the perimeter of the outer circle. Then the students used sandpaper, spray paint, and a hot glue gun first-hand to create the design of this mirror. Over 200 plastic spoons were transformed. All the students were very attentive and so helpful. This artwork would look so great in your student's room and be a great memory of the year!
