Each course will be paired with a craft or imported beer specifically chosen to augment and enhance the flavors of the dish. Dinner includes the beer, food, and his guided expertise. You supply the guests and the location. Most courses will be prepared beforehand, but some final preparations will be made on location.  Shaun Kopp is a beer and food professional, with years of experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry. He became a Certified Cicerone® in 2013 (Cicerone is a Beer expert, equivalent to a Sommelier for wine).
