Babysitting Weekend

Babysitting Weekend provided by our very own Miss Franzese & Miss Webb, the date to be determined together. Children will enjoy a weekend filled with games, baking, outings and much more. The number of children & age group will determine some of the plans.

This includes 20 tickets for a Timberwolves home game in style from a luxury suite at the Target Center (food and beverage not included). The game will be held in the 2018/2019 season. TBD

Cicerone®-Curated Beer Pairing Dinner

Shaun Kopp, Ave Maria parent and a Certified Cicerone® and home chef, will prepare a 5-course tapas style dinner for you and your guests (6-8 people) in the comfort of your own home. Each course will be paired with a craft or imported beer specifically chosen to augment and enhance the flavors of the dish. Dinner includes the beer, food, and his guided expertise. You supply guests and location. Most courses will be prepared beforehand, but some final preparations will be made on location.

Shaun Kopp is a beer and food professional, with years of experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry. He became a Certified Cicerone® in 2013 (Cicerone is a Beer expert, equivalent to a Sommelier for wine). He has been an amateur home chef for 10 years, constantly searching for exquisite cuisine and ingredients to prepare. His true passion is the marvelous and ancient interaction between fine food and beer, and he is happy to share this passion in support of Ave Maria Academy.

Enjoy a vacation at the Westgate Painted Mountain Golf Resort in Mesa Arizona. The whole family will enjoy the spaciousness of a two-bedroom villa at the Golf Resort. Villa amenities include two king beds, queen sleeper sofa in the living area, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, and balcony or patio. Resort amenities include a beautiful pool, hot tubs, golf, & playground. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Trip must be taken before December 1, 2018, based on availability (Easter & July 4th excluded). Minnetonka Cruise for 8

Memorable summer evening on the legendary Lake Minnetonka! Up to 6 adults may climb aboard Montaggio, a 1970's, 32' Trojan Cruiser for a night on the lake. The evening will include views the mansions of Wayzata, swimming at the infamous Big Island, and dining at the granddaddy, Lord Fletcher's Old Lake Lodge. Captain Jim will set sail from Bayside Marina in Excelsior at 5pm and return you safely to the marina...before dawn. First Mate Kelly will be there to serve you hors d'oevres and drinks along the way. A full bar will be provided. Date to be determined by successful bidder and the Schroeders. 2 Day Guided Fishing Excursion

Josh Lindberg is an AMA parent and experienced fisherman of all fish species. Bait, equipment, boat, and all meals will be provided. You and up to 3 guests can spend 2 days fishing (Friday night and Saturday) and enjoy 2 nights at the Lindberg Cabin located on beautiful Shell Lake in northwest Wisconsin (about 2.5 hour drive from Maple Grove). Two prime walleye fishing weekend options include: May 18-20, with June 8-10 as backup. No experience necessary, just purchase your Wisconsin fishing license. Perfect for a guys' weekend, but could be for a family as well.
